Chocolate Fudge Cookies

This is one easy recipe. It is another chocolate recipe. I can hear all the chocolate lovers..oh ya..oh ya...oh ya!

I have come to the conclusion that the best dessert to take to a social gathering is...anything involving chocolate. Folks can devour some chocolate.

Here we go....

Combine brownie mix, eggs, and oil. The mixture will look and feel like it is dry. It is supposed to look like this. Don't be tempted to add any additional liquid to the mixture.

Beat with spoon ..about 50 strokes. It will be thick and look fudgey.

Stir in chocolate pieces.

I use parchment paper to line my baking sheets. You need to try it!

Use a small scoop to make your cookies uniform in size.

Bake 8-10 minutes. You don't want to over bake them. Make sure they live up to thier name..Fudge.

Chocolate Fudge Cookies

1 box brownie mix
2 eggs
1/4 C. vegtable oil
1 C. chocolate chips/ I use milk chocolate but semi-sweet will work.
You could also use butterscotch or white chocolate chips as a substitute. You could even try Reese pieces. (yummo)

Preheat oven to 350. Combine brownie mix, eggs, and oil. Give it about 50 good strokes. (Stir it)
Gently stir in the chocolate pieces.
Put onto a slightly greased baking sheet. (I use Parchment paper)
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Careful not to overbake. You want them to be soft and fudgey.

*instead of a brownie box mix, you can substitute a homade brownie recipe*

This is such a simple recipe, but don't be mistaken. It is a crowd pleaser.

Another chocolate dish...Kristi
